Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Analyst

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in a large enterprise environment. This individual will act as a trusted partner to HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and business stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience supporting implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives, partnering with HR, Payroll, Security, Reporting, Integration, and IT teams.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support efforts.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Onboarding
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Absence Management
- Time & Labor
- Security
- Advise stakeholders on Oracle HCM best practices, process improvements, and system capabilities.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessments, regression testing, and adoption of new features and Redwood enhancements.
- Partner with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Develop scalable configuration solutions and provide recommendations aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, testing artifacts, and configuration standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support.
- Strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Experience supporting full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HCM Extracts
- HDL/HSDL
- OTBI
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- REST APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing activities.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional impacts across HCM modules and integrated systems.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading workstreams, mentoring team members, and driving process improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fast Formula, HCM Security, workflow configuration, personalization, and integrations.
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
- Experience working within consulting environments or large enterprise organizations.
- Experience participating in multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Additional expertise in Compensation, Reporting & Analytics, Recruiting, or other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
